What is Bop House on TikTok? Florida OnlyFans content creators make millions. What to know

A group of seven women who live in one Fort Lauderdale mansion are pulling in about $250 million a year by posting on OnlyFans and making lifestyle videos, to the tune of a collective 90 million people watching across social media platforms. They call themselves 'bops' and their content creation house the 'Bop House.' 'In a May 14 TikTok that's since racked up 4 million views, the house's residents dance in barely-there bodycon dresses in front of brightly lit signs spelling out 'BOPS,'' USA TODAY reported this week. 'They fly on private jets to the Super Bowl, own Porsches and Lamborghinis and rack up $4,000 dinner bills on a night out.' Here's what a 'bop' is, who lives in the Bop House and how much it costs to rent the waterfront home. Is it problematic? Online, young female OnlyFans stars make their lives look aspirational. A 'bop' is 'a term for a person who has had many sexual partners, or who presents themself online in a way that is thought of as immodest (such as posting pictures or video with revealing clothing),' according to Merriam-Webster's slang definition of the word. To some social media users, 'bop' also means 'baddie on point,' and to many TikTok users and creators, the slang word is nearly synonymous with 'sex worker.' The Bop House is 'your new favorite girls only influencer house,' according to the Bop House official TikTok account. The account is currently made up of seven women (at one point, eight women) who are all OnlyFans content creators and social media influencers. While their OnlyFans content is explicit and pornographic, their other social media accounts, like their shared TikTok account, focus on their general lifestyle and all the perks that come with making millions online. They've posted house tours of their ritzy Fort Lauderdale waterfront rental, participate in trending TikTok sounds and challenges and clear up drama surrounding their livelihoods and living situation. 'The name 'Bop House' nods to the Gen Z slang term 'bop,' meaning a woman who has had many sexual partners,' USA TODAY reported. 'Many of their videos poke fun at the term, and they respond to commenters saying they should 'get a real job.'' Alina Rose, one of the Bop House members, told USA TODAY that her critics partly inspired her to move into a house with other content creators. 'They're going to call us bops no matter what,' she told USA TODAY. So she decided to lean into it with like-minded women. And the venture has been profitable, helping the women find financial freedom. But it also comes with drawbacks, like the danger of glamorizing the adult content creating lifestyle to young girls who may be watching their videos. Sophie Rain, the 20-year-old who co-founded the Bop House in December 2024, told USA TODAY that she grew up in a big family that relied on food stamps and is now their primary breadwinner, earning $43 million in her first year. 'She paid off her parents' mortgage and $15,000 in property taxes and gifted her older brother his dream car, a BMW M2, with her salary,' USA TODAY reported. 'Rain considers herself a feminist, and hopes the Bop House will help de-stigmatize adult entertainment creators. Still, every now and then, she hesitates to press 'post' knowing how young girls might interpret her videos.' The residents of the Bop House have come and gone, at one point having eight members and now having seven. Sophie Rain founded the house with Aishah Sofey. Camilla Araujo, Alina Rose, Summer Iris, Ava Reyes and Julia Filippo also currently live in the house. They use the high-end home as the backdrop to their OnlyFans and social media content. The Bop House has changed locations a few times, due to the address being leaked and endangering the women that live there. One of the women's most recent houses is in an Intracoastal neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. According to the Broward County Property Appraiser, the Fort Lauderdale home is worth around $6 million. The women have also recently lived in a multi-million dollar home overlooking Biscayne Bay in Miami. Whichever home they're in now, it has a steep rent, at $75,000 a month – not as huge a sum as it seems when split between seven women who each make a few million a year. The content creators told USA TODAY that they make around $250 million a year collectively. $6M for ‘emotional support': The shocking reason men are spending so much on OnlyFans

They're not in the mood. Attention-starved men are dropping huge sums of money on their favorite OnlyFans models — not for raunchy content or online liaisons, but for simple conversation. According to a new report from Supercreator, a management platform, 78% of chats between creators and their top spenders are about everything except doing the deed. Advertisement 3 A new report says 78% of top OnlyFans chats skip the sex talk — it's all pets, work and TV. Sophie Rain's $6M fan just wants to chat, not strip. Jam Press/@sophieraiin The hottest topics? Pets, work, childhood memories, TV shows, hobbies — basically, the mundane stuff they reportedly can't talk about with their real-life significant others. Sophie Rain, crowned the 'MVP of OnlyFans,' knows this all too well. Advertisement Her top fan, Charley — a married American man — has shelled out over $6 million over two years, but rarely asks for nude pics. 'We talk every single day, without fail,' Rain, who boasts seven million Instagram followers (@sophieraiin), told NeedtoKnow. 'Charley, who is married and lives in the US, will send voice notes wondering how my day is going, and he loves getting to know me on a personal level. I am more of an emotional support system for him.' 3 'Charley, who is married and lives in the US, will send voice notes wondering how my day is going, and he loves getting to know me on a personal level. Jam Press/@sophieraiin Advertisement Yuval, CEO of Supercreator, underscored the trend. 'Contrary to popular belief, our data shows that top spenders on OnlyFans aren't just looking for explicit content, they're seeking emotional connection,' he told the outlet. 'Nudity is easy to find online, but meaningful, consistent attention from the creator of your dreams? That's what drives loyalty and revenue.' The so-called 'girlfriend experience' is big business, with top adult models earning up to $300,000 a month, according to Supercreator. Meanwhile, busty Brazilian Babi Palomas has charged as much as $30,000 to be a 'surrogate wife' for lonely married men — digitally, of course. 'I do tasks that average wives often prefer to avoid — like watching a football match on television without complaining,' Palomas told Jam Press in 2023. Advertisement Palomas noted, 'Many of the men who are married and have families feel lonely,' and they appreciate 'having someone with whom they can share these 'masculine' activities with.' EXCLUSIVE OnlyFans 'MVP' who claims to have earned $50 million with unique stunt faces career-ending rumor

Social media star Sophie Rain has been swept up in pregnancy rumors - despite claiming to be a virgin. Speculation has been rife all over TikTok that the 20-year-old, who claims to have made $50 million on OnlyFans without having sex, is expecting her first child. Her eye-watering earnings led the internet to dub her the 'MVP' of OnlyFans after it was reported that she was making more money than some of the NBA's biggest players. 'I wouldn't be surprised if she was [pregnant],' wrote one fan on social media. 'Bro, I would not even be surprised. Her fanbase is just 50, 60, 80-year-old creeps,' added another. Setting the record straight exclusively to Sophie has insisted that the rumors were untrue. 'No, I am not pregnant. How could I get pregnant if I'm a virgin?' she asked. 'I don't know who came up with that rumor, but it's interesting to me how one person on social media can comment something on a video I make and everyone else will run with it,' she continued. The influencer even said that she was receiving nasty messages from trolls over the rumors. 'I get thousands of DMs a day with really cruel messages about this,' she said. 'At the end of the day I know haters will comment whatever they feel like will get them attention, but sometimes it's like leave me alone,' she continued. She added, 'I am not looking to get pregnant anytime soon, I'm too young!' Sophie previously claimed to have hit $50 million in net earnings on OnlyFans since joining the site in 2023. Her astronomical income is even more impressive given that she's shied away from X-rated content. 'I post some explicit stuff, but not as explicit as people may think,' she explained to earlier this year. 'I am still a virgin and don't fit in the regular "porn star" category. I see myself more of the girl next door who happens to have an OnlyFans, but one that has so much more to offer than just my own body.' Sophie's bank balance has raised some eyebrows among other adult content creators, including podcaster Adam22, who accused her of fabricating the figures for clout. 'They're welcome to question and think I'm lying because it just solidifies in my brain that what I'm doing with my career is next level and that I'm insanely successful,' she boasted. 'I'm so lucky to be where I am and I know this is not normal to be earning $50 million dollars.' The young model has already bought a house with her earnings, along with a Porsche GT3RS worth $450,000. 'I never ever expected to be making this much money,' Sophie gushed. 'I went from living on food stamps and serving tables to this new lifestyle in quite literally less than two years,' she continued. 'I now only fly private and can barely go out in public anymore unless I want to be recognized every minute. 'My family has officially retired because of my funds. They are living off of my income and I couldn't be more proud to be saying that.' She's also invested a chunk of her cash into a Miami mansion called the Bop House. The content hub, which houses Sophie and seven other OnlyFans models, has been called Gen Z's answer to the Playboy Mansion. According to Sophie, her OnlyFans income doubled in December after she launched the Bop House and continued to grow in the months since.

OnlyFans star Sophie Rain, 20, reveals why other women should only use the adult site as a 'last resort' - despite earning £37million in under two years

One of the highest earning OnlyFans models has revealed why she believes the platform should only be used as a 'last resort' - despite having bagged £37million in under two years. Self-claimed virgin, Sophie Rain, from Florida has opened up about her job, urging aspiring X-rated models to think twice before choosing it as their career path. The 20-year-old boasts a whopping 17.5 million followers on the adult subscription site and claims to have pocketed $50 million (£37 million) since starting her account less than two years ago. But despite her skyrocketing success on the site, Sophie warned that it isn't always the 'glamorous' lifestyle social media presents it to be, and that there are only room for a certain number of people to reach high earnings from using it. Sophie, who began creating X-rated content in 2023, claims she is both a Christian and a virgin. Keen to offer advice to others considering creating an OnlyFans page, Sophie warned that many mistakenly believe they can make their millions by launching a 'random page', but that the job isn't always so 'glamorous'. 'I encourage anyone to make sure you try other things before this job,' she said. 'Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of going to college because my family didn't have the money.' She implored anyone with the funds to study, to do so before resorting to OnlyFans, which doesn't require qualifications. 'If you have the chance and ability to study, do that first. I think everyone should get an education - get your degree, girls! 'OnlyFans should be a last resort.' While social media may lead some to believe OnlyFans stars indulge in a 'glamorous' and carefree lifestyle, the 20-year-old warned that it was much harder 'on the mind' than most grapple. 'This job is also much harder on the mind than you could ever think,' she said. 'OnlyFans is not always this glamorous perfect lifestyle on social media.' Despite what others may think based on online narratives of OnlyFans models, she warned there wasn't room for everyone earn their millions using the platform 'There are only so many girls who can achieve what I have.' But despite her skyrocketing success on the site, Sophie warned that it wasn't always the 'glamorous' lifestyle social media presents it to be, and that there are only room for a certain number of people to reach high earnings from using it Sharing her secrets to success, the youngster said it was essential for any hopeful models to first establish a social media following outside of OnlyFans. 'Do not start OnlyFans unless you already have a social media platform or you will fail,' she said. 'The biggest mistake that young people make is to launch a random page, thinking that posting a few sexy photos will make them millions. 'It's not true,' she said, insisting that the work wasn't as easy as it appeared on the surface. 'You need to establish yourself as a name and a face first if you want to make real money,' she advised. Things haven't always been easy for the model, who grew up on food stamps and previously earned a living working as a waitress. Now with heaps of cash at her disposal, Sophie is able to enjoy the lifestyle she always dreamed of, and can easily buy whatever her heart desires. Not only does she believe there is a finite amount of people who can make their success on the platform, but she admitted that the job requires people to 'push' themselves. 'You have to work super hard to push yourself out there and stay on people's minds constantly. 'I got extremely lucky,' she confessed. Although she has 'no regrets', Sophie said she would likely have opted for another career, had she had the opportunity and funds to try. 'Had I been in a more stable family in terms of income, I likely wouldn't have gone this route - but I have no regrets. 'I went from living on food stamps and serving tables to this new lifestyle in quite literally less than two years. 'I now only fly private and can barely go out in public anymore unless I want to be recognised every minute. 'I'm proud of myself and love being the number one girl on OnlyFans,' she said. The model previously said that she often shies away from creating X-rated content, despite what people may think based on her online presence. 'I post some explicit stuff, but not as explicit as people may think,' she explained to 'I am still a virgin and don't fit in the regular "porn star" category. OnlyFans star famed for making £34m a year now warning women to join the site as ‘last resort'… and what to do instead

CONTROVERSIAL OnlyFans star Sophie Rain is one of the platform's most lucrative content creators. The 20-year-old made a staggering £34 million selling X-rated photographs of herself last year, which is more than England captain Harry Kane took home. 2 But she has now claimed that those joining her on the site should do so as a 'last resort'. Despite promoting OnlyFans as a life changing opportunity, Sophie is now urging young girls to prioritise exploring all other avenues over joining her on the platform. "I encourage anyone to make sure you try other things before this job,' she says. "Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of going to college because my family didn't have the money. "If you have the chance and ability to study, do that first. I think everyone should get an education – get your degree, girls! 'OnlyFans should be a last resort. "Had I been in a more stable family in terms of income, I likely wouldn't have gone this route – but I have no regrets. 'I went from living on food stamps and serving tables to this new lifestyle in quite literally less than two years.' Not only that, but Sophie has also issued this warning to fellow women considering it as a career: Do not start OnlyFans unless you already have a social media platform or you will fail. 'The biggest mistake that young people make is to launch a random page, thinking that posting a few sexy photos will make them millions,' she explains. 'It's not true. 'You need to establish yourself as a name and a face first if you want to make real money. "This job is also much harder on the mind than you could ever think… OnlyFans is not always this glamorous perfect lifestyle on social media. 'There are only so many girls who can achieve what I have.' In November last year, Sophie beamed that she was 'thankful' to have raked in a whopping £2.9 million a MONTH from posting sexual and explicit content on adult app OnlyFans. The controversial platform has become synonymous with online adult content, helping amateur porn stars and models earn millions. It has also drawn in celebrities such as Bella Thorne and Katie Price. Content creators charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more, with Sophie said to be in the top percentile of earners. She says: 'I now only fly private and can barely go out in public anymore unless I want to be recognised every minute. 'I'm proud of myself and love being the number one girl on OnlyFans.'
