Are Mega Millions changes paying out in Ohio?
(WJW) – In April, lottery officials announced the Mega Millions was getting 'bigger and better' saying a new system would feature 'bigger prizes' and 'better odds.'
But the changes came at a cost, with ticket prices increasing from $2 to $5.
