On Tuesday, detectives arrested Kevin Thao for the murders of both 51-year-old Binh Do and 23-year-old Ryu Her, stated SCSO. At this time, Thao is in custody at the Sacramento County Main Jail, where he is ineligible for bail. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved.
