N.H. man facing multiple charges in ‘intentional' crash that killed motorcyclist, authorities say
Emergency personnel responded to reports of a vehicle collision on Route 102 in Litchfield, between Cutler Road and Woodburn Road, at approximately 9:17 p.m., police said. They found a Toyota Corolla and a Mitsubishi Outlander involved in a head-on collision, as well as a motorcycle in the nearby woodline.

A man wearing a helmet, found unresponsive on the shoulder of the road, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Police determined from witness statements and physical evidence that Burke, the driver of the Toyota, had intentionally collided with the motorcycle, according to the statement from Litchfield, N.H. police. The motorcycle then slid into the opposite lane, prompting the driver of the Mitsubishi to swerve and crash into the Toyota.
Police said Burke was driving under the influence at the time of the crash. He was taken to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Mitsubishi was also treated for minor injuries at the scene, police said.

The deceased motorcyclist, whose name was not released, will undergo an autopsy by state medical examiners on Thursday, police said.
Local and state investigators are investigating the crash, police said.
