Spires rider scores four points at Speedway GP of Germany
ERIK Riss was in the thick of the action as he scored four points at the Speedway Grand Prix of Germany.
Oxford Spires' Riss was nominated as the wild card rider for the meeting, the opening round of the 2025 Speedway Grand Prix series.

Riss started with a last place in Heat 4, before taking four third places, including defeating Robert Lambert in Heat 16.
Riss was the early leader of that race before Jack Holder and world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik thrust inside him in ruthless style.
Riss lost out on one point when Heat 19 was halted while he was in second place, after fourth-placed Jason Doyle fell. He finished third in the re-run.
