Fortnite leak hints at Simpsons mini-season and major roadmap shake-up
Image via Epic Games A wave of new Fortnite leaks has surfaced online, teasing a lineup of upcoming content that includes themed seasons, new locations, and possibly the long-awaited Simpsons collaboration. The leak, believed to be sourced from an insider, has excited fans across the globe, revealing a roadmap packed with surprises all the way into Chapter 7. While Epic Games has yet to confirm anything officially, multiple Fortnite leakers, including trusted names like @SpushFNBR - have shared extensive details that hint at a series of themed updates, including a superhero academy season and a 'Bug Invasion' theme, leading into a mini-season centred around The Simpsons. Operation Sindoor 'Did not want to...': Pak def min gives absurd excuse for army's failure to withstand Op Sindoor Blackouts, sirens & Pak's failed attacks: 10 things that happened in the last 36 hrs '1971 war was not remotely as terrifying': Residents of border areas shell-shocked Springfield may be coming to Fortnite According to the leak, Fortnite's Mini-Season 2 - expected later this year, could revolve around The Simpsons, with the town of Springfield possibly arriving as a new Point of Interest (POI). Though details are scarce, there's speculation that iconic locations like the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, Krusty Burger, and Moe's Tavern could feature in the game. This wouldn't be Fortnite's first adult animation collaboration. Past crossovers have included Family Guy's Peter Griffin and characters from Futurama, and Epic's $1.5 billion partnership with Disney in 2024 further fuels expectations for an ambitious Simpsons tie-in. If true, this would mark a significant moment in Fortnite's long history of pop culture collaborations, with fans eager to see characters like Homer, Bart, and Marge enter the battle royale universe. Some reports even suggest Homer Simpson could headline the season's Battle Pass. A stacked roadmap into 2026 The leaked roadmap outlines content well beyond the Simpsons mini-season . Chapter 6 Season 3 is expected to focus on a Superhero Academy theme, with Midas returning as a central figure and a Superman mythic power-up debuting alongside the Fortress of Solitude as a new POI. Chapter 6 Season 4 reportedly brings a 'Bug Invasion' theme, while Chapter 7 may begin with a city life and gala aesthetic, followed by a Norse mythology theme in Season 2. A Marvel-themed mini-season is also expected to return in 2026, complete with symbiote features. In addition to new seasons and characters, concerts are expected to make a return next year, with two major events also planned for 2025. While all this information remains unconfirmed, fans won't have to wait long. Fortnite's current Star Wars mini-season ends on June 7, and Epic is expected to announce what's next shortly after.

The Simpsons coming to Fortnite claims leak but fans aren't sure they want it
A list of alleged Fortnite leaks has a lot of claims about the upcoming seasons, with the most contentious being a crossover with The Simpsons. It's not even been a whole week since Fortnite began its Star Wars themed Galactic Battle season and fans are already looking to see what comes next in the battle royale. Since Galactic Battle is labelled in-game as Mini Season 1, and is scheduled to run only for a month, it's reasonable to assume Epic Games plans to have at least one more smaller season before the end of Fortnite Chapter 6. Rather than just the next mini season though, the latest rumour claims to have info about multiple upcoming seasons and amongst them is the suggestion that The Simpsons is going to be a part of Fortnite. According to a list of Fortnite leaks that's making the rounds online, the plan is for a Simpsons themed mini season to arrive after the next two seasons of Fortnite. The list appears to originate from a dedicated Discord channel for Fortnite leaks, with Fortnite leak accounts on X, like Loolo and SpushFNBR, sharing and discussing the details. Although there's not much info on what this alleged Simpsons season will include, it's said it will add the town of Springfield as a new POI (point of interest) on the Fortnite map. No doubt it would include playable skins for a handful of characters, such as Homer. The Simpsons in Fortnite seems an unlikely mix but it isn't entirely outside the realms of possibility. Even ignoring the claims last year, of a Simpsons crossover, similar adult animated shows have made an appearance in Fortnite, such as Family Guy and Futurama. Plus, The Simpsons is owned by Disney, which has a very close working relationship with Epic Games. Aside from adding a number of its properties to Fortnite, Disney invested $1.5 billion into Epic Games to build an 'expansive and open games and entertainment universe connected to Fortnite.' That said, there's a lot of scepticism among fans. One leaker, Blortzen, thinks The Simpsons rumour is completely fake and judging by replies on X, plenty agree with them. 'I don't even know what they would do for this. What weapons and updates would they do for this?' questioned PawP. 'This is literally the least believable s*** I've ever heard,' wrote DJBuchan, before adding, 'It would be peak though.' More Trending Other fans are similarly unsure how a whole Simpsons season would work, with some outright opposed to the idea. But there are also those who are eager to see it actually happen. Unlike previous Fortnite leaks, this information doesn't appear to have been datamined from the game's files, which is why a lot of Fortnite leaks tend to be accurate, and instead comes from alleged insider knowledge of Epic Games' plans. That said, the claims of the next season after Star Wars being superhero themed seem to be legit, with prominent Fortnite leaker HYPEX sharing art of superhero skins for original Fortnite characters while also claiming the season will feature a Superman collab – given the movie will be out around that time. This will allegedly be followed by a 'Bug Invasion' season, whatever that means, with Chapter 7 beginning after The Simpsons season wraps up. Curiously, while the leak mentions nothing about Chapter 7's first season, it does claim the second one will be Norse themed.
