Rath Yatra June 2025: Check traffic diversions, routes and timings
The Delhi Traffic Police has issued a detailed advisory ahead of the 47th Ratha Yatra of Lord Jagannath, scheduled for Friday, 27 June 2025, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm in the Hauz Khas area of South Delhi. Due to the procession, traffic movement will be regulated and diverted on Aurobindo Marg and adjoining stretches in Hauz Khas from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Commuters are advised to plan their route in advance and avoid the affected areas to minimise delays. The Delhi Police has suggested alternate routes for commuters coming from Mehrauli and Gurugram via Aurobindo Marg. The Delhi Police has urged people to cooperate and follow traffic rules to avoid any inconvenience. The religious procession, being organised by Sree Neelachala Seva Sangha, is expected to draw large crowds.
