'Workers Compensation Fraud is NOT a victimless crime, it affects all of us', said San Joaquin County District Attorney Ron Freitas. It leads to increased costs on our local businesses, and increased costs for the goods we purchase on a daily basis. Combined with our ongoing Workers Compensation Fraud outreach campaign, we are making a point of making sure criminals know that San Joaquin County is not a safe haven for Workers Compensation Fraud, we will prosecute'.
