Enterprise tree planted in remembrance of deadly tornado uprooted during storms
ENTERPRISE, Ala (WDHN) — A tree meant to represent those who died years ago during a EF4 tornado at Enterprise High School has been uprooted by severe storms.
The tree, dubbed the 'Toomers Corner Oak,' was donated by Auburn University remembrance of a deadly tornado that destroyed EHS in 2007.

Enterprise High School principal Stan Sauls says the oak tree was uprooted Monday afternoon as severe storms passed through the Wiregrass.
Sauls said a team will work on Tuesday to save and replant the oak tree.
Monday's storms spawned two suspected tornados. One of them ripped through Dothan Prep Academy and injured five students.
