Comedian DeRay Davis coming to StarDome Comedy Club
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Comedian DeRay will be at the StarDome Comedy Club March 14- March 16.
According to StarDome, some of Davis' credits include over 32 roles in film and over 50 roles in television. Some of his past feature film credits include 'License to Wed' with John Krasinski, 'Semi-Pro' with Will Ferrell, 'Imagine That' with Eddie Murphy, 'Life As We Know It' with Katherine Heigl, 'Old Dogs' with Robin Williams and John Travolta, '21 Jump Street' (2012) with Channing Tatum and Johnny Depp and 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
He also starred in his own one-hour Showtime comedy special, 'DeRay Davis: Power Play.'
Davis has also starred in and contributed as a writer and producer for a variety of network television movies, mini-series, variety shows and sitcoms. He has contributed voice-over character roles on 'The Boondocks' and Adult Swim's 'Black Dynamite.' Davis has starred on almost every season of Nick Cannon's 'Wild n Out,' and he has been featured on 'Hip-Hop Squares,' 'Short Circuitz' and the game show 'Mind of a Man.' He is the current host of MTV2's 'Joking Off.'
