Person critical,three others injured ater two-car crash in Karaka, South Auckland
Photo: RNZ / REECE BAKER A person is in critical condition and three others have also been injured after a two-car crash on State Highway 22 around 2.25pm. Karaka Road is now closed between Blackbridge Road and the Glenbrook roundabout, with diversions in place north of the crash at the Karaka Road and Great South Road junction also. Motorists are advised to expect delays and avoid the area if possible. A spokesperson for St John confirmed four people had been taken to Middlemore Hospital - one in critical condition, two in serious condition and one with moderate injuries.
