Servotech EV Infra signs MoU with NPCL to expand EV charging infrastructure across Greater Noida

Servotech EV Infra, operating under the brand Incharz, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) to enhance the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.
The partnership aims to set up EV charging stations at key locations including corporate buildings, residential societies, commercial complexes, and hospitals. NPCL, a joint venture between RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, will assist in site identification and facilitate coordination with DISCOMs to expedite project execution.
As part of the first phase, Servotech EV Infra has already installed EV charging stations in two residential societies—Stellar Jeevan and Ace Divino. These include 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers at Stellar Jeevan and a 40 kW DC fast charger along with a 10 kW AC charger for two-wheelers at Ace Divino.
Servotech's CEO Prem Prakash said the collaboration marks a significant step toward building a smart and scalable EV charging network in India, aligning with the company's larger clean energy mission. NPCL's Sanket Srivastava also highlighted the partnership's role in making EV charging more accessible and reliable in the region.
