CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A local minor league baseball team is searching for singers to perform the national anthem for the 2025 season.
The Charleston RiverDogs announced Monday the organization will hold auditions for individual and group hopefuls to sing the national anthem during the 2025 season.

Local media personalities will judge the auditions, the RiverDogs said.
'We know that the Charleston area is home to many talented vocalists and performers. With only 66 home games each season, it becomes a challenge to choose a select few to perform at a game,' said RiverDogs Promotions Manager Stephanie Keller. 'This audition will provide an opportunity to impress us and secure a spot for the 2025 season!'
Home games are scheduled for Apr. 4 until Aug. 31. You can view the entire schedule at the RiverDogs website.
