She will also make two lump-sum payments to Chigvintsev, $100,000 now and $100,000 by the end of 2025. The rep added, "Nikki's number one priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter. She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time." Garcia hasn't spoken too much publicly about the divorce. But in the trailer for Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour," released on May 5, she can be seen joining host on stage and saying, "Biggest lesson learned in the past five years? Make 'im sign a prenup." Garcia and Chigvintsev met on season 25 of Dancing With the Stars when they were paired together, though they didn't start dating until over a year after the season wrapped. They welcomed son Matteo in July 2020 and were married in August 2022.
