Sligo manager Stephen Shiel believes Sligo can still reach Nickey Rackard final despite defeat to Mayo
Sligo Champion Today at 06:30 SPEAKING after his side's defeat to Mayo in the Nickey Rackard Cup on Saturday, Sligo manager Stephen Shiel said he was not disappointed as such with the outcome, but he was disappointed with the performance of the lads. 'I told them there as well, like it's we set out to perform today and we did not do it. I would not say Mayo were the better side, we were just off our game. We can all have a bad day and unfortunately 80 or ninety percent of our players had a bad day today,' the Carlow man said.
