Motorbike riders will turn out on Sunday to raise money in memory of inspirational teenager Stephen Sutton. The 19-year-old, from Burntwood in Staffordshire, died in May 2014 after living with bowel cancer for four raised more than £3m to help other young people with cancer, and became famous for ticking items off his bucket list, including playing drums at a Wembley cup final, skydiving and hugging an elephant. The 27-mile ride out event is now in its 13th year and has raised tens of thousands of pounds for the for the Teenage Cancer Trust, which supported Stephen through his journey. Riders will set off from Lichfield Rugby Club at 10:30 BST before ending at Burntwood Rugby Club about an hour and a half later. West Tennessee officials issues warning to residents amid severe storms

CROCKETT COUNTY, Tenn. — Law enforcement agencies across West Tennessee are urging residents to use caution and stay weather aware as severe weather moves through the Mid-South. 'We're just really grateful that no one was hurt this morning. It was a very dangerous situation,' said Stephen Sutton, the Crockett County Public Information Officer. As the Mid-South prepares for another round of severe weather, officials in Crockett County spent the day providing updates via Facebook to residents on the latest storm conditions. Sutton said Saturday morning's storms left multiple properties damaged, mainly in Friendship, Tennessee. LIVE: Severe storms and tornado risk 'There were no injuries, and we're thankful for that,' Sutton said. 'Once again, personal property, shops, barns, a house [were damaged].' The county was under multiple tornado and flood watches and warnings throughout the day. Flooding was a major concern across the country. Officials said at one point, nearly 30 roads were flooded and that number is expected to increase through the night as storms continue to move through the region. 'The weather event that sprang up this morning was very scary for our community, especially in the Friendship area,' Sutton said. Selmer, TN community coming together after devastating tornado Over in Lauderdale County, Sheriff Brian Kelley posted on social media that there were numerous reports of structural damage as well as downed trees. Much of that damage could be found along Concord Road in Gates, Tennessee. Sheriff Kelley said that there were no reported injuries. He warned residents to avoid traveling unless it is absolutely necessary and to remain vigilant.
