OHP issues Silver Alert for missing Norman man
NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Norman Police Department for 77-year-old Stephen Woodrum.
According to OHP, Woodrum is 5'8″ and 140 pounds. He usually wears a veteran hat and a leather jacket or a black/brown coat with fringe along the side.
