Thousands to attend ‘Stronger Men' conference in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Gear up for the manliest event in the Ozarks. Thousands of men from across the world plan to attend James River Church's 'Stronger Men' conference in Springfield this week.
The annual conference will feature Daniel Thomas, a safety from the Jacksonville Jaguars, for its special guest segment, according to a James River Church press release.
For the conference's Friday night entertainment, there will be a 'Stronger Warrior' competition featuring a one-of-a-kind course built specifically for the conference. Those joining the course will include several American Ninja Warrior athletes.
Past conferences have seen entertainment such as professional bull riding, professional boxing and motocross/BMX competitions. The church expects 34 states and 34 countries to be represented by the conference's attendance, according to the press release.
