Al-Sudani received NATO Joint Force Command Chief in Munich

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani received today, Friday, Admiral Stuart B. Munsch, Commander of NATO's Joint Force Command, at his residence in Munich.
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA):"The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation with NATO in the areas of training, intelligence coordination, and logistical support, in line with the outcomes of the NATO Commander's recent visit to Iraq both sides also emphasized the importance of continuing high-level security dialogue in preparation for a bilateral meeting to be held in Baghdad later this year."
Prime Minister Al-Sudani reaffirmed ,"the significance of cooperation with NATO in light of the long-standing partnership, particularly through its advisory role in counter terrorism efforts and the development and training of Iraqi security forces, contributing to Iraq's overall security and stability."
For his part, Admiral Munsch underscored the importance of the bilateral relationship in advisory and training efforts, commending the remarkable progress made by Iraqi forces in addressing challenges and maintaining security.
