Tickets for Mustafa's Cairo debut show will go live on sale tomorrow.
The Sudanese-Canadian sensation will taking over the MUST Opera House as part of his highly-anticipated 'Lost in the Dunya' world tour. May 02, 2025 Sudanese-Canadian singer and songwriter Mustafa the Poet will be touching down in Egypt for the first time for a live performance at the Opera MUST House, as part of his highly-anticipated 'The Lost in Dunya' world tour. Mustafa has initially established a name for himself in the global music scene, penning pop tunes for renowned artists like Camila Cabello, The Weeknd and Shawn Mendes. However, on his debut album 'Dunya', he heavily leans towards folk music, drawing inspiration from his Arab cultural heritage to craft a haunting sonic tale of faith and grief. The 'Lost in Dunya' world tour features shows in several cities across the globe, such as London on May 9th, Berlin on May 14th, and Ethiopia on May 23rd, as well as Sudan on May 25th. Sudanese Singer Mustafa the Poet Releases New Single ‘Gaza is Calling'
The song is accompanied by a short film starring Bella Hadid and MC Abdul, with all proceeds going to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund. Jun 12, 2024 Sudanese-Canadian singer and songwriter Mustafa the Poet has just released a new single 'Gaza is Calling' to raise funds for Palestinian children in Gaza. Initially written and recorded in 2022, 'Gaza is Calling' features emotive and mournful lyrics, which Mustafa wrote about a Gazan kid that he grew up with during his childhood. The track is accompanied by a short film, starring Palestinian-American model Bella Hadid alongside Palestinian rising rapper MC Abdul, as well as scenes of Palestinian children, Israa and Younes amidst the rubbles in Jenin. Directed by Palestinian filmmakers Hiam Abbas and Sakir Khader, the film is co-produced by Omar Albach and Nicolas Jaar. All proceeds accumulated from the track's sale will be donated to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
