Suspect sought in Sunnyvale homicide
(KRON) — A homicide investigation is underway and a suspect is wanted after a victim succumbed to gunshot wounds on Thursday evening, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety announced on Friday. Pedestrian killed by hit-and-run driver in San Jose: police Sunnyvale DPS said its officers arrived at a home on the 900 block of S. Wolfe Road to check out reports of multiple gunshots. Officers tried to render aid to the victim but were unsuccessful. Investigators believe that the deceased and suspect knew each other, but the motive and circumstances behind the shooting are not yet known.
