After toppling Indonesia's world No. 5 Jonatan Christie 21-16, 21-19 in the second round on Thursday, the world No. 25 Malaysian aims to beat Thailand's world No. 2 Kunlavut Vitidsarn in the quarter-finals. Jun Hao proved once again he has what it takes to beat world class players. He also defeated Jonatan in the last four of the Super 500 Kumamoto Masters in Japan last November. But Kunlavut looks potent.
