Police: Man charged in Holland gaming store break-in
HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) — Police say a man has been charged in connection with a burglary at a Holland gaming store in November.
Eric Cody, of Grand Rapids, turned himself in over the weekend in Muskegon County and was later taken to the Ottawa County jail, according to the Holland Department of Public Safety. Monday afternoon, he was arraigned on one count of breaking and entering a building with intent, authorities say. Bond was set at $5,000.
Police a warrant had been issued for Cody, 39, but detectives had been unable to find him.

The break-in happened in November at Super Hideaway Gaming, located at the corner of Washington Avenue and W. 40th Street in Holland. The owner estimated that — primarily Magic The Gathering singles cards — had been taken.
It wasn't the only West Michigan gaming store break-in in recent months. In October, said someone smashed the front door, entered and took about $20,000 in merchandise. And earlier this month, more than $1,000 in merchandise was in Lowell, police said.
A probable cause hearing in the Super Hideaway Gaming case is set for early February.
