Bahrain's Survey Authority Achieves Top Honors in Government Service Excellence Program

His Excellency Eng. Basim bin Yaqoub Al-Hamar, Chairman of the Survey and Land Registration Authority, confirmed that the Authority's Customer Service Center has been awarded the prestigious Gold Category rating in the fifth cycle of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Program, known as 'Taqyeem 5.' This achievement marks a significant milestone in the Authority's ongoing efforts to enhance government performance and reflects its firm commitment to institutional excellence. Eng. Al-Hamar highlighted that this distinguished accomplishment represents a key step forward in continuous improvement and development, based on a strategic vision aimed at delivering highly efficient and competitive government services that meet citizens' aspirations and align with the priorities of the national government program. The award was presented to the Survey and Land Registration Authority in a ceremony attended by the Chairman, where Mr. Mohammed Ali Al-Qaed, CEO of the Information & eGovernment Authority and Chairman of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee, handed over the Gold Category shield to the Authority's representatives. Eng. Al-Hamar praised the ongoing efforts of the Customer Service Center team, emphasizing that the 'Team Bahrain' spirit was evident throughout all stages of the process—whether through prompt responses to evaluation feedback or adopting development suggestions. These efforts contributed to enhancing the center's readiness and achieving tangible improvements in service quality. He also expressed pride in the close coordination with the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee, noting that its recommendations played a crucial role in making the Customer Service Center a model of institutional commitment to quality and excellence standards. Eng. Al-Hamar commended the 'Taqyeem 5' program for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the government sector and promoting positive competition that benefits service users.
