Award-winning Fermanagh chef to appear on BBC cooking programme tonight
A County Fermanagh chef is to appear on a BBC Cooking programme tonight [Friday, May 30].
John Roche, of Tully Mill Restaurant, Florencecourt, will appear on 'Suzie Lee's Great Food Made Simple' on BBC One this evening at 7.30pm.
Mr. Roche is an award-winning chef who uses local, seasonal ingredients.
In the programme, he will give Suzie a cookery masterclass, making one of his signature dishes: cured black bacon served with celeriac, carrot, and apple purées, plus a black pudding bonbon.
In 'Suzie Lee's Great Food Made Simple', by Waddell Media, the celebrated chef meets some of Northern Ireland's top chefs and gets to see how they create their signature dishes.
"Great Food Made Simple is a completely different concept to any of my previous series, and this time I get to meet six amazing chefs in their natural restaurant habitat," explained Suzie.
