Motion filed in Swadley's Foggy Bottom case to remove A.G. Gentner Drummond
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A motion has been filed in the Swadley's Foggy Bottom investigation to remove Attorney General Gentner Drummond from the case.
In 2024, three men who operated Swadley's Foggy Bottom Kitchen food service at Oklahoma State parks were indicted for conspiracy to defraud the state of almost 5 million dollars.

Ronald 'Brent' Swadley and Timothy Hooper both turned themselves in after being indicted, along with Curtis Breuklander, on one felony count of conspiracy to defraud the state and five felony counts of presenting false or fraudulent claims against the state.
On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Swadley's attorneys filed a motion to remove A.G. Drummond from the case.

The motion accuses Drummond of making repeated, condemning public comments regarding the case against Swadley. His attorneys say Drummond's persistent extrajudicial statements 'violate the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct and encroach upon Swadley's constitutional right to a fair trial.'
A spokesperson for Drummond responded saying, 'Our office will vigorously oppose the motion to disqualify.'
