A teaser video posted in March announced that Quantum Accelerator had 'officially completed its track construction.'
With that wrapped up, the Six Flags New England team is focused on programing, which includes refining train movement and ensuring the safety systems are working properly, the Agawam park said in their latest teaser video.
Sydney Snow, a Six Flags New England spokesperson, told the Globe the coaster will open around Memorial Day, May 26.

The coaster features western and steampunk influences and boasts 11 instances of 'airtime,' or dips when riders feel weightless due to negative G-forces. The ride reaches a maximum height of 59 feet and features high-speed turnarounds, when the coaster train reverses directions at a high speed, the park said.

Each train will carry 16 riders with eight rows of two, and guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride.
