Pakistan Women's all-rounder Nida Dar takes mental health break
Pakistan women's all-rounder Nida Dar recently took to social media to share that she would be taking a break from cricket to focus on her mental well-being. In an emotional note, she expressed that both personal and professional challenges have taken a toll on her mental health. As a result, she took the tough decision, bearing in mind her recovery and self-care. She urged fans and the media to respect his privacy during this to 'X', Dar wrote, 'I would like to inform that a lot of things have happened in the past with me personally and professionally and this has affected my mental health. For this reason I am taking a break for a while from cricket to focus on myself. Please respect the privacy.
