TEMBO Defence secures 100 acres in Amravati for new arms manufacturing facility

TEMBO Defence, a subsidiary of TEMBO Global Industries Limited (NSE: TEMBO), has announced a major step forward in its expansion strategy with the receipt of a comfort letter from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) for the allocation of 100 acres of land in Amravati, near Nagpur.
This strategic land allocation marks a pivotal milestone for TEMBO Defence as it prepares to establish a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to arms and ammunition manufacturing. The upcoming plant will significantly boost domestic defence production, aligning with the Indian government's 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' initiatives aimed at strengthening national self-reliance in critical sectors.
Mr. Sanjay J. Patel, Managing Director of TEMBO Global Industries Ltd., emphasized the importance of this development:
