JKBOSE 12th results 2025 likely by April end, here's how to download scores when released

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is expected to release the Class 12 board examination results 2025 by April end. While the board has not made an official confirmation on the date for the declaration of the results, students who appeared in the Class 12 examinations this year will be able to check their scores on the official website at when announced. The examinations were conducted from March 6 to March 28, 2024 for soft zone areas, and April 8 to May 11, 2024 for hard-zone areas. In 2025, the Higher Secondary Part II examination for soft zone areas for UT of Jammu and Kashmir began on February 15 and concluded on March 17, 2025. The examination was held in single shift from 10 am onwards. Exams for Science stream students began with Biology (Botany & Zoology)/ Statistics subjects. Arts students appeared for Political Science and Statistics papers on the first day, Commerce stream exam began with the Accountancy paper. UTP breaks into top 50 in Asia University Rankings

Universiti Teknologi Petronas made a historic leap into the top 50 in the 2025 THE Asia University Rankings, while several other Malaysian institutions experienced drops. (Bernama pic) PETALING JAYA : A Malaysian university has broken into the top 50 of the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Rankings for the first time. Universiti Teknologi Petronas rose to joint 43rd place in the 2025 edition, from its previous rank of joint 52nd last year. Universiti Malaya meanwhile rose by one spot, improving from 65th to 64th place. In contrast, several other Malaysian universities saw a dip in their rankings, including Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (85th to 86th), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (101st to 103rd), and Universiti Sains Malaysia (99th to 103rd). Universiti Utara Malaysia saw a notable fall from 110th to 127th, and Universiti Putra Malaysia slipped from 102nd to 132nd. Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah moved up to 163rd from 166th, and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris rose from 180th to 173rd. In a positive move, Sunway University jumped from the 201-250 band to 141st place. Management & Science University made its debut in the rankings this year by entering the band of 401-500. Of the 23 Malaysian universities featured in this year's ranking, five improved their positions while five dropped. The rankings are based on 18 performance indicators that assess universities across various dimensions, including teaching, research, and international outlook. This marks the 13th edition of THE's Asia University Rankings, with Japan leading the list in terms of the number of universities ranked (119). India followed with 107, mainland China with 94, Turkey with 91, and Iran with 81. This year, 853 universities were ranked, an increase of 114 from last year's 739.
