The unexpected meeting quickly caught the attention of fans and media alike, raising speculation about a potential acting or cinematic project involving V. While no official announcement has been made, fans are especially curious given V's past involvement in the entertainment space beyond music. He previously appeared in IU's music video and made his acting debut in the historical K-drama Hwarang. His meeting with Park Chan-wook, the acclaimed filmmaker behind Oldboy and Decision to Leave, only heightened curiosity.
In one of the shared photos, V posed with Song Kang, showing off his muscular arms and playful energy. He captioned it with a cheeky message: 'I hope you're doing well," directed at Song. A video clip accompanied the photos, showing more glimpses of their relaxed hangout.
V isn't the only member returning to the spotlight. On June 10, RM will also be discharged, followed by Jungkook and Jimin on June 11, and Suga on June 21. With Jin already out and J-Hope discharged earlier, all seven members will finally be free to reunite as BTS, a moment fans across the globe have been waiting for.
Meanwhile, fans of V are marking his return with heartwarming philanthropic gestures. Fanbases from around the world have donated to causes in honor of his service completion. 'THV GIRLS GIVE' contributed $2,000 to the Human Rights Campaign to support Pride Month. In Bangladesh, the fanbase 'BTS V BANGLADESH' donated to SOS Children's Villages. Malaysian fans also joined in, with 'Taehyung Malaysia' donating to Generasi Gemilang and Dignity for Children Foundation.
