SFD launches payment service for vehicle violations
Enhancing customer satisfaction
Mira bin Huda expressed her satisfaction with RAFED's integration into the "Madd" platform, part of the digital payment system "Tahseel," aimed at ensuring and enhancing customer satisfaction when paying vehicle fines at any Al Ansari Exchange branch using the digital payment system.
Objectives of the Madd platform
She added that the "Madd" platform aims to involve the private sector in providing payment services for participating government and private entities within the "Tahseel" system. The name "Madd" emphasises the concept of expanding and strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, enabling customers to pay for services at partner service centers with diverse channels. This facilitates transactions for customers due to the broader geographical presence of these partners and serves clients without digital payment methods, ensuring speed, ease, and security in government payment processes.
Advancing digital payment infrastructure
Mira bin Huda confirmed that this launch is a significant step in enhancing the digital payment infrastructure in the country, facilitating financial transactions and increasing the efficiency of services provided to citizens and residents. She thanked strategic partners for their support of the "Madd" platform, noting that additional entities will soon join the platform to serve all community segments.
