Kraton to exit Ohio site, discontinue Dimer & Polyamides business
Kraton Corporation, a leading global producer of specialty polymers and high-value biobased products derived from pine chemicals, announced a strategic realignment of its operations to sharpen its focus on core capabilities and accelerate long-term growth. As part of this initiative, the company will exit its Dover, Ohio manufacturing site and transition away from the Dimer and Polyamides business lines.
Kraton Corporation is exiting its Dover, Ohio site and discontinuing its Dimer and Polyamides business lines to focus on core Pine Chemical operations. The move supports long-term growth, with no impact on Crude Tall Oil refinery rates. Kraton remains committed to employee well-being, customer support, and operational excellence across its global footprint.
