1000-Lb Sisters star was nearly unrecognizable in a new video after undergoing excess skin removal surgery and losing over 500 pounds
In late May, the TLC personality, 38, posted a TikTok video showing off her dramatic transformation.

For the clip, Tammy used a filter on a photo that gave her a makeover based on different decades. One showed her as someone in the 1920s while three others revealed what she might look like styled for the 1940s, 1960s and 1980s.
The original image used for the fun effect, however, showed a much different-looking Tammy than 1000-Lb Sisters fans are used to seeing. Not only did Tammy look notably slimmer but she was also missing the extra skin hanging from her chin and neck.

In the comments, Tammy's TikTok followers couldn't get over how amazing she looked.
One fan pointed out, "You got your surgery!!!!! Congratulations!!"
Another declared, "You look absolutely fabulous!"
Someone else lauded, "Well done Tammy, all your hard work has paid off!"
A different TikTok exclaimed in disbelief, "Oh my gosh!!!!!! You look absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!"

As viewers recently witnessed on the show, Tammy was finally approved for excess skin removal surgery, something she has been working toward for years after undergoing weight loss surgery and dropping more than 500 pounds.
Her hard work has definitely paid off!
