While the duo currently has their hands full with 2-year-old Tristan, Tarek's 9-year-old Brayden with ex Christina Haack recently revealed he's on the market for another younger sibling. "Well, I want another kid," Brayden told E! News' Francesca Amiker in an exclusive joint interview with Tarek and Heather, "to get Tristan away from me." As for the benefits of another sibling—preferably another baby brother—he emphasized that Tristan "can hang out with his other brother and I won't get blamed for everything." Of course, Brayden is no stranger to a life with many siblings as beyond Taylor, 14, Tarek and Christina's eldest, the Christina on the Coast star is also mom to Hudson, 5, whom she shared with ex-husband Ant Anstead. Along with his hopes of another sibling, Brayden shared his dream vacation in the kid-focused interview ahead of the launch of "Imaginagency," the world's first kid-powered travel agency in partnership with Visit Anaheim. "I think I'd go in a private jet," he shared, "and bring McDonald's with me." He continued, "And then I'd swim with pigs in the Bahamas. And then I think I'll go cliff jumping." But he also shared he's always happy to stay closer to home with a trip to Anaheim, adding, "it has so many fun things to do." "You can always go to Disneyland," Brayden said. Christina Haack Receives Mother's Day Surprise From Ex Tarek El Moussa and His Wife Heather—as Well as Boyfriend Christopher Larocca
HGTV star Christina Haack appears to have come through the darkest days of her divorce from Josh Hall and lately is focusing her social media posts on celebrating the people in her life she loves the most, rather than hitting out at her former spouse. Haack, 41, did exactly that on May 11, when she took to Instagram to thank her nearest and dearest for showing her so much love on Mother's Day, including her ex-husband, , and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, who sent her an enormous bouquet of flowers to mark the special day. The mother of three—who shares two children with Tarek, 43—took to Instagram to proudly display the stunning pink arrangement, which came complete with a sweet note from the former couple's two kids, Taylor and Brayden. 'Happy Mother's Day, Mom! We love you! Love Tay and Brayden,' the message read, although Haack revealed the true identity of the sender by sharing her own message of thanks in her caption: 'Thank you for the beautiful flowers [Tarek and Heather].' The heartwarming show of love is just the latest sign of Haack and Tarek's mended relationship, which they have spent years working on since their 2016 split, which was followed by a bitter divorce and custody battle. However, the duo—along with Heather—have to have gone from strength to strength in the past year, particularly while working on their HGTV series, 'The Flip Off,' during which Haack went head to head with the married couple in a series of renovation challenges. The series began filming during the breakdown of Haack and Hall's marriage—and saw both Tarek and Heather serving as great sources of support for their co-star as she grappled with the split. They were also on hand to give their seal of approval when Ha moved on to a new romance with businessman Christopher Larocca, who she began dating at the end of 2024, and quickly wrapped into her closest social circle. Heather previously told that she and Tarek had joined the happy couple on several double dates, revealing that the new couple seemed 'happy' together. 'We've gone to dinner with them a couple of times, and he's come to some kid things, and I'd say, so far I like him. I have nothing negative to say about him, and she seems happy,' she shared in March. And it appears that relationship has also gone from strength-to-strength, with Larocca getting his own Mother's Day shoutout from Haack after showering her with yet another bouquet. 'Thank you babe,' she wrote in the caption of the image, in which she could be seen holding up a colorful arrangement and a card with a cute hedgehog illustration on the front. Haack's children also showed their love for their mother on the special holiday, with Taylor, 14, posting a sweet tribute to her mom on Instagram, sharing a photo of the two of them wearing matching brown bikinis. 'Happy Mother's Day to my built-in best friend,' the teenager wrote. 'I love you so much.' Both Taylor and Brayden, 9, also wrote their mom sweet notes, which Haack shared an image of on her Instagram Stories, revealing that her son had written an essay-style piece about 'how my mom influences me,' while her daughter had penned a card in which she jokingly referred to herself as the 'favorite child.' Aside from the joke, Taylor's card made a small reference to the hardships that her mom has faced in the past year, including her divorce from Hall. 'You've gone through so many things this year, like the divorce, and I'm so proud of the way you held your head high and remembered your worth,' she wrote. 'I admire you so much and the way you show me how to be a great mom in the future, because if I'm even half as great as you are, I know I've done something right.' She ended the heartfelt message with a sweet sign-off, writing: 'You're so beautiful inside and out, and I'm so excited to make so many more amazing memories with you.' Meanwhile, Brayden's essay, which was written in cursive, praised Haack for 'always being kind to others,' adding that she is 'always humble to our family.' 'She's such an amazing mom,' he went on. 'She's always helping me, she's always caring for us … I hope I'm like her when I'm older.' Tarek El Moussa Calls Wife Heather Rae El Moussa the 'Calm, the Joy and the Strength' in Their Family on Mother's Day
Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa enjoyed a special Mother's Day with their whole family. On Sunday, May 11, Tarek, 43, shared a carousel of photos on his Instagram of his blended family, which includes wife Heather, 37, their 2-year-old son Tristan, and his kids Brayden, 9, and Taylor, 14, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Haack. In the post, the dad of three shared pictures of Heather holding baby Tristan, of Heather with her two stepkids, and pictures of their entire family. "Motherhood is one of the most important and selfless roles in the world — and today, I'm feeling extra grateful for all the incredible moms in my life," he began his post. Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. "To my wife @theheatherraeelmoussa — watching you become a mother to Tristan has been the most beautiful chapter of our journey," he continued. "You love him with every piece of your heart. And the love you give Tay and Bray… it's something I'll never stop being thankful for." "You are the calm, the joy, and the strength in our family. We're so lucky to have you," wrote Tarek, adding a shoutout to his ex-wife beneath. "And to all the incredible moms in my life — my own mom, my amazing mother-in-law, my sister, and Christina — thank you for the love, the lessons, and the countless ways you've shaped our family." Heather also shared a carousel on her own Instagram in honor of the special day, taking a minute to reflect on how motherhood has affected her. "Motherhood changed me in ways I never imagined. Becoming a mom to my sweet Tristan, a bonus mom to Tay and Bray, and navigating this beautiful, sometimes chaotic journey with love, gratitude and patience," she wrote in her caption. "I've learned so much from the strong women in my life, my incredible mom and my amazing mother-in-law, your support, guidance, and love mean the world. Today, I celebrate you both, and every type of mom out there showing up with strength, heart, and grace. I see you! Happy Mother's Day. 💕." Earlier this month, Heather spoke to PEOPLE about how her blended family usually splits up Mother's Day. "Usually — and I'm thankful for Christina that I get to spend time with the kids — we'll do a brunch with the kids and then she'll do something else with them later on in the day," Heather told PEOPLE. "And we get together with my side of the family, Tarek's side of the family, we usually do a brunch. I try not to cook or do anything at the house because I don't want to clean up," she continued. "So it's like getting out of the house, celebrating and then coming home and just sharing the day with Tristan and Tarek after the kids go to Christina's house." In April, Heather appeared on Melissa Gorga's podcast On Display from PodcastOne and spoke about her relationship with Haack, sharing that the public is always interested in her relationship with Haack because they all appear to co-parent peacefully and costar on their show The Flip Off. "The show that we filmed together got us on a deeper level of getting to know each other rather than just being moms and text[ing] each other about the kids," Heather explained. "And I think people are fascinated by that." "Like, 'How do we get along? How are we so friendly with each other? How do we feel about the show? How [do] we co-parent so well?' And you know, it took years," she admitted. After Gorga asked her if there were different rules or routines at her house than at Haack's, Heather shared that the mom of two "never micromanaged me," and her husband didn't either. "That was really nice that I wasn't told what to do, how to do it. I was able to just kind of come in and figure things out on my own and kind of at my own time," she continued. "And she was very much in their life." "So it wasn't like I was coming in to replace her. I was just coming in to be added love and help take care of them and help raise them," Heather said. "And you know, I give her props because being now a mom and having my son, it would be really hard to have a woman come in and raise my kid and not know what they're doing at the household." Heather Rae El Moussa Reveals Why She Wishes She & Husband Started Therapy Before They Got Married
HGTV star Heather Rae El Moussa is opening up about her therapy journey with her husband, Tarek El Moussa. While speaking to Us Weekly in a May 7 interview, Heather noted she and her husband, whom she wed in 2021, started to go to couples therapy in late 2024. She told the publication she would have preferred if she and Tarek had begun seeing a therapist prior to getting married. She explained that she believes seeking therapy before their wedding could have helped them 'just to learn to communicate through things.' 'I think that it can be a really positive thing for an individual and as a couple, and communication is key in any relationship, in a marriage and a best friend and parents," said Heather during the Us Weekly interview. She also said she thinks "it's natural" for married couples to face certain challenges. "Everyone goes through ups and downs and is learning how to work through them as best friends, as a couple, and navigating through certain hardships — or not hardships, just communication," said Heather to Us Weekly. Heather shared that she and her husband were going to couples therapy in a March 2025 episode of the Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley and Tanya Rad podcast, as reported by E! News. She said she and Tarek have disagreed about having another child. The couple has a 2-year-old son named Tristan. Tarek and his ex-wife, Christina Haack, also have two children, Taylor and Brayden. "We're very different on what we want with our future, which is hard because you know you're in love with someone and you have this strong marriage, but then you want very different things. So, we are in therapy talking through things," said Heather on the podcast episode. While speaking to Us Weekly in May 2025, Heather clarified that possibly having more children is not the only topic she and her husband speak about in therapy. Tarek spoke about going to couples therapy in an April 2025 interview on Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast. According to Tarek, he and Heather were inspired to go to a therapist after seeing their friends' successful marriage. He also said he was "99 percent" sure he would not have any more children, even though his wife would like to give Tristan a younger sibling. "I've been a dad a very long time, since I was in my 20s. I'm turning 44 this year. I'm starting to get a little bit older. And I'm very busy with work," said Tarek during the April 2025 interview.

Her soon-to-be ex-husband Josh Hall was initially involved in the competition series, with the two couples expected to compete 'to find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain.' The 41-year-old three-time divorcee and Larocca were joined by her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather El Moussa, with whom she stars on the HGTV show The Flip Off After the red carpet date, for which the mother-of-three and her new beau coordinated in black outfits, she took to Instagram to share photos and video clips. She wrote in capital white letters against a black background, 'Huge thank you to the disso queen @laurawasserofficial and team @ashleymoe22 & @existentialjuju you are all a true class act. 'I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace... I appreciate you all beyond words.'
