Twareat OGM elects board members for upcoming term
Twareat Medical Care Co. 's shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term starting May 11, 2025, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 8.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the new board includes Tariq Al-Hamdan, Raed Al-Naeem, Faisal Al-Qahtani, Amer Al Amer, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Khalid Al-Hamdan, Mohamed Al-Rumizan, Saleh Al-Mulhim and Hani Al-Hashemi.
