Multibagger Stock: Indian brokerage firm Anand Rathi Investment Services has picked Tata Investment Corporation, as they estimate a 12.3 per cent upside for the Tata Group stocks in the upcoming one to three months' time. According to the brokerage, the company's shares have been consolidating in the broad range for the last five to six months and managed to mark a 'decisive breakout' on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, fueled by strong volumes. 'The daily RSI has confirmed a range shift above the 60 level after a prolonged period, signalling bullish momentum. Additionally, the daily ADX (14) has crossed the 20 mark and is currently near 22, indicating a developing trend — with momentum likely to pick up further as it approaches the 24–25 zone,' said the brokerage firm. Tata Investment Corporation is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) that invests in listed and unlisted equity shares, debt instruments, and mutual funds. Tata Investment Corporation Ltd. (TATAINVEST): Buy at ₹ 6,400 to ₹ 6,500; Target Price at ₹ 7,300; Stop Loss at ₹ 5,990. 'Traders may look to accumulate the stock in the ₹ 6,400 to ₹ 6,500 range, with a stop loss at ₹ 5,990 and an upside target of ₹ 7,300 over the next 1–3 months,' said the analysts at Anand Rathi. Tata Investment Corporation shares closed 1.74 per cent higher at ₹ 6,411.20 after Wednesday's stock market session, compared to ₹ 6,301.65 at the previous market close. The Tata group stock has given stock market investors more than 780 per cent returns in the last five years. However, the shares also lost 1.17 per cent in the last one-year period. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock is down 5.94 per cent in 2025 but is currently trading 5.29 per cent higher in the last one-month period. According to BSE data, the shares of Tata Investment Corporation hit their 52-week high at ₹ 8,075.90 on 28 August 2024, while the 52-week low was at ₹ 5,147.15 on 17 February 2025. The company's market capitalisation (M-Cap) was at ₹ 32,437.66 crore as of the stock market close on Wednesday, 28 May 2025. Tata Investment share price today: Shares of Tata Investment lost 2.7 per cent in trade, logging an intraday low at ₹6,227.55 on the BSE. The stock slipped after the company released its Q4FY25 results. At 1:19 PM, Tata Investment shares were trading 1.98 per cent lower at ₹ 6,275 per share on the BSE. In comparison, the BSE Sensex was up 0.28 per cent at 79,627.22. The market capitalisation of the company stood at ₹31,813.82 crore. The 52-week high of the stock was at ₹8,075.9 per share and the 52-week low of the stock was at ₹ 5,147.15 per share. Tata Investment Corporation Q4 results The company in its fourth quarter under review reported a consolidated net profit of ₹37.72 crore as compared to ₹60.47 crore a year ago, translating to a decline of 37.6 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y). Its revenue for the quarter stood at ₹16.43 crore as compared to ₹57.11 crore a year ago. Tata Investment Corporation dividend The company's board also recommended a dividend of ₹27 or 270 per cent per share of ₹10 each, which shall be paid after the annual general meeting (AGM), subject to approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing AGM. Apart from the dividend, Tata Investment's board also gave a nod to the re-appointment of Rajiv Dube as an Independent Director of the company for a second term of 5 years with effect from October 15, 2025. Tata Investment Corporation declined 1.64% to Rs 6,293.35 after the company's consolidated net profit slipped 37.62% to Rs 37.72 crore in Q4 FY25, compared with Rs 60.47 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations tanked 71.2% to Rs 16.43 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 57.11 crore posted in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal. Profit before tax in Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 35.81 crore, down by 50.40% from Rs 72.21 crore in Q4 FY24. Total expenses increased by 24% YoY to Rs 10.02 crore in Q4 FY25. Employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.06 crore (down 1.93% YoY), while other expenses stood at Rs 2.40 crore (up 62.16% YoY) during the quarter. On a standalone basis, the company's net profit declined 0.17% to Rs 35.20 crore in Q4 FY25 from a net profit of Rs 35.26 crore posted in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations fell 7.20% year on year (YoY) to Rs 51.54 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2025. Meanwhile, the board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 27 per ordinary share of Rs 10 each, which shall be paid after the annual general meeting. Meanwhile, the company's revenue from operations as well as the total income also witnessed a fall of 71% YoY each.
