Attention, credit cardholders! HDFC Bank has revised its lounge access policy for Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus credit cardholders, effective June 10, 2025. According to the new rules, one cannot access domestic lounge access by swiping credit cards directly at lounges; lounge vouchers will instead be issued to eligible customers based on their quarterly spending milestones. Also, cardholders should note that they can access a maximum of two complimentary domestic lounge vouchers per calendar quarter (up to eight per calendar year) for the Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card, according to the bank's website. The domestic lounge access benefit for Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card holders will also be milestone-based, effective June 10, 2025. These cardholders can avail one complimentary domestic lounge voucher per calendar quarter by spending Rs 50,000 or more within that quarter. Once you have claimed the voucher, you can use the voucher in the eligible lounge list within 180 days of issuance of the voucher. Live Events How to check expenses and qualification status? Starting from June 10, 2025, if you want to check how much you've spent and whether you qualify for lounge access benefits in the current quarter, follow these steps: Step 1: Log in to HDFC Bank NetBanking or MobileBanking App. Step 2: Go to the credit card section. Step 3: Select your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card. Step 4: Click on Redeem Reward Points (you'll be taken to the Rewards Portal). Step 5: In the Rewards Portal, go to MyReward > Spend Promo Details to view your spending and qualification status. If your card is upgraded, lost, or re-issued, only spending on the new card will be considered. Expenses done through the previous card will not be considered for qualification. Existing Lounge Benefits Valid Until June 9, 2025 Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit cardholders can enjoy 8 complimentary domestic lounge accesses per year, with a limit of two per quarter. A nominal fee of Rs 2 (for VISA or RuPay cards) is charged per lounge entry. Holders of Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Cards get 4 complimentary domestic lounge accesses per calendar year (one in a quarter); Rs 2 (VISA / RuPay) is charged to the credit cardholder for the lounge access. International lounge access - VISA Card Starting June 1, 2025, the Priority Pass for international lounge access will be issued only upon request. If you've received a new, renewed, or replacement Tata Neu Infinity VISA card, you must apply separately for the Priority Pass. With Priority Pass, you and your add-on member can avail four complimentary international lounge visits per year (one per quarter). Any visit beyond this will incur a fee of US $27 + GST per person. All guests' visits using Priority Pass would be charged US $27 + GST per visit per guest. International lounge access - RuPay RuPay cardholders are entitled to four complimentary international lounge accesses per year (one per quarter). A transaction fee of $3.25 will be charged and later reversed. Additional visits may be allowed at the discretion of the lounge and may incur charges.
