Musketeers sweep Fargo, advance to USHL Western Conference semifinals with 5-2 win
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) – The Sioux City Musketeers advance to the USHL Western Conference semifinals with a 5-2 victory against Fargo, securing the best-of-three series sweep.
Musketeers forward Tate Pritchard scored twice, including the goal that broke the 2-2 tie in the third period. Landen Gunderson, Drake Murray, and Giacomo Martino each scored once in the victory for Sioux City.
Up next, the Musketeers will take on Anderson Cup winner and top-seeded Lincoln in the best-of-five conference semifinals. The series begins on Friday, April 18th in Lincoln and will return to Sioux City on Monday, April 21st.
