Police say three witnesses were with the shooting victim on the scene during the incident. One of the witnesses told officers that they were standing in a group when a silver Toyota Camry pulled up, shooting.
The witness says they saw the car's front passenger window let down and a woman, later identified as Tatyana Williams, shooting and striking the victim in the jaw.
The witnesses were able to identify Williams as the shooter in a six-person photo line-up.
