The Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes hosted his annual fundraising event over the weekend, bringing teammates, friends and more together to benefit his 15 and the Mahomies organization. As part of the fundraising process, several items were auctioned off, including an autographed guitar from pop star Taylor Swift.
Fellow Chief Travis Kelce, who has been dating the The Tortured Poets Department singer since summer of 2023, was seen in a video clip saying "I just realized I have that already," of the guitar after bidding on it several times. Jason Kelce ribbed his brother about it on this week's episode of their New Heights podcast, accusing his younger sibling of "running up" the auction price on the item.
Kelce defended himself, sheepishly saying 'I had to get a good look at it, you don't want to buy the same guitar twice."
