Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday night (Feb. 9) was packed with messages. However, the biggest takeaway for social media users was clear: Don't mess with Kendrick Lamar.
The bold move had X users praising Lamar's confidence, with one sharing a photo of the rapper's smirk at the camera, captioned, 'The face of a true chaotic good. … Kendrick is a menace.' Another X user posted the same image, writing, 'THIS MAN KENDRICK LAMAR JUST SMILED IN THE CAMERA AFTER COOKING DRAKE … LMFAOOOOOO.'
Many fans admired Lamar's unmatched level of pettiness. X user Ali B commented, 'I know – as petty as I am, I'll never be as petty as Kendrick.'
Another fan described Lamar as 'a North star of petty. An innovator when it comes to hating. An inspiration.' Someone else, sharing a GIF of a furious Goku from Dragon Ball Z, wrote, 'Kendrick back stage summoning all of his hatred for this performance.'
