It's been around on Dwight Street in downtown Holyoke since 2016. As rent continued to rise, the owners said they started to look for other options to expand their business. Through a competitive RFP process, the city of Holyoke sold the building on High Street to them. The building was home to a well-known artist in the city. The owners raised $700,000 for renovations.
