Harvard Corp. Picks Paul Weiss Lawyer Shanmugam as Newest Member
Harvard Corp., the powerful body that oversees the richest and oldest US university, selected lawyer Kannon Shanmugam to serve as a member as the school faces unprecedented attacks from the US government.
Shanmugam, who graduated from Harvard College and its law school, is succeeding Ted Wells, also a lawyer, who is stepping down at the end of June after 12 years service, Harvard said in a statement Thursday.
