But he hasn't stopped there, as Calvin has also reportedly bought two neighbouring homes and is eyeing up a third, bringing his total spend in the area to an estimated £15million. One local told The Sun: 'Building work there finally finished, for now, last week and we're expecting Calvin and Vick to move in at the end of the summer after his season playing at clubs in Ibiza has finished. From the road, the house looks amazing. 'No expense seems to have been spared. I am sure they will love living here as a family.' The move mirrors Ed Sheeran 's infamous creation of 'Sheeranville' in Suffolk, with Calvin now following suit by transforming the sleepy village of just 700 people. Other locals joked that the local pub could be next on his list - and suggested the chart-topper might even treat residents to a DJ set. Calvin, who once worked in a fish factory and stacked shelves at Safeway to buy his first decks, has since topped charts with 11 UK No1s and raked in millions from a Las Vegas residency. Ever since he sold his song catalogue in 2020 for a reported £76million and has invested heavily in property ever since. The new mansion features a series of large ground floor rooms including kitchen, dining room and TV snug. Already the owner of a £12million mansion in LA, a £7.5million London townhouse, and a 138-acre farm in Ibiza, Calvin appears to have found his UK base in the Cotswolds, alongside celebrity neighbours like the Beckhams, Kate Moss, and Jeremy Clarkson.

Once working in a fish factory to fund his decks so he could DJ, he has since accumulated a property profile boasting several homes in Los Angeles, including a 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom Beverly Hills mansion, which he sold for £20million in 2022. A £5million Hollywood Hills home was also added to his roster before he sold it in 2020 as well as a £10.75million Bel Air estate. But he gave all of that up for the quiet life in the Cotswolds as he made a bid to settle down with radio presenter Vick Hope, who was seen recently with a 'bump', prompting speculation that she is expecting their first child. The pair are smitten, despite her turning him down in 2007 when he was a fledging star. Today, life is no longer about Las Vegas nightclubs but a more chilled lifestyle at their 138-acre farm in Ibiza called Terra Masia - known for being the island's largest organic farm, producing fruit, vegetables and wine. They also spend time at a £3.9million mansion in the Cotswolds, which they are due to move into once the renovations are finished later this year. It almost didn't happen for the pair, in fact in 2023, Vick revealed in You magazine that she turned him down, saying: 'It's something that we laughed about on our first proper date. We still laugh about it now.' With Vick being a British television and radio presenter, the pair regularly crossed paths at music events, and they found their way back to each other in 2022. Calvin and Vick have kept their relationship very private since and exchanged vows in northeast England in September 2023. When asked about her wedding plans in May 2022, Hope told Hello: 'You know what, I was very overwhelmed by the interest in it, but I'm keeping my private life private. It's thought he's now worth close to £250million. All whilst playing DJ sets around the world, earning the big bucks and buying lavish homes, Calvin Harris's love life was also just as Hollywoodesque. In 2013 he dated Rita Ora, now 34, who was also at the height of her early career. But he announced their breakup on Twitter a year later in a move which reportedly blindsided her at the time. He then started dating American model Aarika Wolf in 2014, after she appeared in the music video for his song, Blame. Their relationship came to an end and he then dated music's most well-known woman, Taylor Swift, now 35, for a year between 2015 and 2016. The very high-profile couple worked together on one of Calvin's most popular songs, This Is What You Came For, but broke up apparently because of struggles with work commitments. He and Aarika got back together in 2017 but broke up in 2022 when his regular trips to Ibiza from America caused a strain on their relationship.
