Felon Tasered after flashing loaded gun in Woodburn bar
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A felon who brandished a loaded 9mm handgun inside a Woodburn restaurant/bar was arrested after being Tasered as he tried to run off, police said late Saturday.
The suspect, Terron Antonio Davae Martinez, got into a disturbance at on Tom Tenant Drive around 6:15 p.m. Saturday, officials said. Martinez flashed the gun during the altercation, left the bar but came back, a caller told police.
The 32-year-old took off running when police arrived and ignored commands to stop, authorities said. As he crossed Newberg Highway toward a gas station, he was hit by the Taser. That's when police took him into custody.

Martinez was booked into the Marion County Jail on 6 charges: menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, being a felon with a gun, unlawful possession of a gun, interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.
The investigation is active and ongoing. Anyone with information of any kind is asked to contact Woodburn police.
