Taxing people's super accounts ‘isn't' Australian: LNP Member
LNP Member for Longman Terry Young has said Labor's plan to tax people's superannuation accounts is a 'terrible thing' and is not the Australian way. 'I think it's a terrible thing, and you can't be paying tax on money that you haven't earned; I don't think that's Australian,' Mr Young told Sky News Australia. 'I'm looking forward to a third term and getting some stuff again.'
