(NewsNation) — Every year, the stars parade down the red carpet of the Oscars looking refreshed, and this year was no different … but it got a heck of a lot pricier.
Last year, I told you about the $250,000 facelift mega male celebs were getting … but this year, while facelifts subsided, entire 'subtle packages' ran over $300,000.

Two plastic surgeons who worked on many of the people parading down the carpet this year at the Oscars elaborated for me.
Corey Maas, MD, FACS and past president of The American Academy Of Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), said patients began their treatments months ago in a 'meticulous, multi-month process that begins in late fall, with final enhancements often performed within 36 hours of showtime to ensure peak results.'
Among the 'package procedures' Maas performed were ultrasounds like Sofwave on clients as well as a high-intensity muscle sculpting procedure along with several face and neck lifts, blepharoplasty (eye lift), and subtle rhinoplasties (nose jobs) for a total cost of $198,000 to $300,000 per patient. Customized structural or preservation rhinoplasty improves nasal symmetry, proportion and airflow, maintaining a natural aesthetic.

Meanwhile, New York City double board certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk also collected over $300,000 from 10 clients who trod the boards this year by doing face and neck lifts, blepharoplasties and something called a Piezo rhinoplasty which uses ultrasound and is considered 'more precise, minimizes bruising, and eliminates traditional nose job trauma. … The majority of patients are back to work in a week,' Rizk said.
