UNC says Belichick's girlfriend Jordon Hudson still welcome at football facility amid banning report
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WGHP) — The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill says that Bill Belichick's girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is still welcome at the team's football facility amid a report that she had been banned. 'While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,' UNC said in a statement. 'Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick's personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.' Sports journalist Pablo Torre on his 'Pablo Torre Finds Out' podcast reported that Hudson was no longer 'allowed' in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's football facility. Torre claimed that UNC made the decision around a week ago that the 24-year-old Hudson 'is no longer allowed in the football building.' Torre claimed that a UNC source told him, 'Don't think you'll be hearing much from Jordan moving forward.' The relationship between Hudson and the 73-year-old Belichick made headlines before the six-time Super Bowl-winning coach due to their age gap. The controversy surrounding Hudson reached a peak on April 27 when Hudson interrupted a when Tony Dokoupil asked about how the pair met. Dokupil described Hudson as a 'constant presence' during the interview. Belichick defended Hudson's actions in the interview a few days later, calling the reaction a 'false narrative' and claiming that he told his publicist any interviews he does should be focused on the content of his book, 'The Art of Winning: Lessons From My Life in Football.' , 'There is deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill's legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades.' (Credit: Getty Images) Bill Belichick credits girlfriend Jordon Hudson as his 'muse' and the force behind his next chapter Legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick used his latest memoir The Art of Winning: Lessons From My Life in Football to publicly honor someone who's recently become a meaningful part of his life—not from the football field, but from his personal journey. The 73-year-old former Patriots general manager dedicated a touching note in the acknowledgments to 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson , calling her his 'idea mill and creative muse.'While Bill Belichick's new book dives into the highs and lows of his celebrated career, it also pulls back the curtain on his life beyond the gridiron. Alongside mentions of his late parents, grandparents, godfather, and three children from his marriage to Debby Clarke Belichick, Hudson's name appeared prominently—though not in the traditional dedications. Instead, she earned a heartfelt thank-you among the supporters who helped bring his memoir to life."Thank you to my idea mill and creative muse, Jordon Hudson," Belichick wrote, offering a glimpse into the close bond the pair share. This shout-out follows his gratitude for long-time confidant Berj Najarian and his publishing partners at InkWell Management and Simon & presence has been far from behind-the-scenes. During a CBS Sunday Morning interview last month, her surprise interjection made headlines after Belichick was asked how they met. 'Not talking about this,' she cut in, sparking a viral moment that drew both criticism and curiosity her role isn't confined to media spectacle. Listed as a former part-time COO of Belichick Productions on LinkedIn, Hudson seems to have played a real role in the book's production. Beyond titles, she also stood by Belichick during a period of mounting media attention. When an excerpt from the memoir was reportedly misinterpreted, she posted an email from Belichick himself expressing frustration over the media's approach to his interviews.'These appearances will, no doubt, want to focus on whatever negatives they can extract from the book… most relevant to their 'ratings' and their agenda (which is not mine),' the NFL icon wrote, revealing a more reflective and media-weary side of the age gap has sparked conversation, Belichick remains unfazed. 'I've never been too worried about what everyone else thinks,' he shared candidly during his a show of support, Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski—hosts of the Dudes on Dudes podcast and former Belichick protégés—defended Hudson's actions, noting that she was 'working with Coach Belichick in the professional world.'For a man known for his tight-lipped persona and stoic demeanor, this acknowledgment was a rare peek into Belichick's emotional world—a sign that even the most strategic minds sometimes find unexpected inspiration in matters of the Read: Josh Allen's wedding will have 'good booze,' promises GM, who's impressed by Hailee Steinfeld's humility

Bill Belichick's book is out today
Smile, Bill. Your book is out today. Of course, the man who doesn't smile much might not be inclined to smile about anything at all, when it comes to The Art of Winning: Lessons From My Life in Football. Advertisement He wouldn't even smile about the title. "The publisher, a couple of other advisers on the book, that was really their choice," Belichick said in his now-notorious CBS interview, before it went fully off the rails. "My choice would have been, How I Did My Job or Lessons From My Life in Football." The title has taken a back page to the many stories about Belichick, sparked by his girlfriend interrupting the CBS interview with a stern refusal to answer the hard-hitting question of how the two met. Her commandeering of the Q&A sparked an avalanche of reporting, with Belichick landing squarely on the radar screen of the likes of TMZ and Page Six. While the book will make plenty of news for what it says, what it doesn't say has been the biggest story yet. Belichick deliberately omitted any mention of Patriots owner Robert Kraft, offering up a flimsy and not credible explanation for the slight: 'It's about my life lessons in football, and it's really more about the ones I experienced directly.' Advertisement Regardless of whether and to what extent Belichick gets credit for the six New England Super Bowl wins, Kraft had the foresight to pick Belichick, at a time when Belichick was only slightly more attractive to NFL owners than he currently is. "Everybody who [Kraft] knew in the league — everybody — said, 'Don't do this. This will be a disaster. Don't do it,'" Peter King recalled regarding the hiring of Belichick in King's recent appearance on the Sports Media with Richard Deitsch podcast. "And he said, 'No, I got a good feeling about Belichick.'" So now the man who saw something in Belichick when few others did gets nothing at all in Belichick's ultra-long-form look at his career? It's ludicrous. It's juvenile. Hell, it's infantile. Belichick's book tour continues later today in New York, in an appearance at NYU with Suzy Welch. We'll see whether he (or his girlfriend) makes any news. And whether he'll be wearing a suit and tie or a moth-ridden football jersey from the days before the invention of the forward pass.

Bill Belichick Is Reportedly "Hypnotized" By Jordon Hudson In Their Relationship Together
Few celebrity couples in the past several weeks have generated as much attention as 73-year-old football coach Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson. The pair are far from a new thing — they've been linked together since 2023 — but their relationship faced, uh, renewed interest following an interview on CBS Sunday Morning that was one of the most awkward things to air on TV in recent memory. Bill Belichick, second in all-time NFL wins and a six-time Super Bowl champion, talks with "CBS Mornings' Tony Dokoupil about his father's advice, Tom Brady, and his new book, 'The Art of Winning.' — CBS Sunday Morning 🌞 (@CBSSunday) April 27, 2025 @CBSSunday / Via The interview — in which Jordon essentially stopped the reporter from asking Bill about how the pair met to begin with — went mega-viral, prompting an official statement from Bill claiming that he only agreed to appear on the program if the interview focused "solely on the contents' of his new book The Art of Winning: Lessons From My Life in Football, which hits shelves this week. Fascinatingly (and, somewhat unsurprisingly), CBS pushed back on Bill's claims in an official statement to People. 'When we agreed to speak with Mr. Belichick, it was for a wide-ranging interview,' a spokesperson for the network said. 'There were no preconditions or limitations to this conversation. This was confirmed repeatedly with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed.' Of course, none of this back-and-forth has quieted down chatter about Bill and Jordon's relationship one bit. SNL even made fun of it in their cold open last night, which you can watch below: So, what the hell is actually going on with this relationship? Well, People has a new report on the details, and as with everything around this whole situation, it's pretty interesting. Michael Owens / Getty Images 'They're really into each other," a source tells the publication. "He's totally hypnotized by her and completely under her spell.' Another source tells the publication that Bill has "never been happier" than he currently is with Jordon. "Bill doesn't care about all the talk surrounding his and Jordon's relationship," they claim. "She brings a positive energy, and people haven't seen him this relaxed and laidback in a while."
