Two months after the incident, now Chhabra alleged that she has discovered that the person who crashed her car didn't have a valid driving licence. The accused is identified as Abdulla Laskar, who reportedly secured his job through a fake driving licence. The report further added that another valet involved in the incident was found to have a license at all, raising serious questions about the restaurant's hiring practices. The insurance team has recovered the reel the men had shot while driving the car. According to Chhabra, one of the accused has also admitted that they would frequently drive expensive cars to make reels. The woman accused the restaurant of being uncooperative and misleading the probe, claiming the owner filed a petition in High court to quash FIRs. "When the woman approached the police for justice, she was met with corruption and apathy. Officers suggested she "settle" for Rs 2 lakh rather than pursue legal action, making it clear that protecting businesses mattered more than justice. Before her family could assess the damage, she claims the restaurant staff had already cleared debris and bricks from the scene. Initially, restaurant management described it as a routine parking mishap. However, Chhabra later released video evidence showing three valets taking turns behind the wheel, driving her vehicle recklessly and filming social media content with it. 'It was supposed to be a simple lunch outing,' Chhabra told the outlet. 'But the person who crashed my car didn't even hold a valid driving licence.' One of the valets had allegedly used a forged driving licence to secure his job. Another valet involved apparently had no licence at all. Only one among the trio had the legal credentials to drive.
